Carol Wolkiewicz is a seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years of experience driving performance and results across a wide range of HR disciplines, including:

Carol began her career in learning and development for a large global organization where she led classroom design and facilitation, first as an instructor and later as a leader managing teams of facilitators. She then transitioned into a strategic HR business partner role, advising senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee relations. Throughout her career she has supported organizations through periods of growth, transformation and workforce restructuring, ensuring stability and strategic alignment.
Since joining the Lindenberger Group in 2016, Carol has focused primarily on nonprofits and government agencies. As a licensed social worker, she brings a unique perspective to her work, blending deep HR expertise with a strong understanding of human behavior and organizational systems. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their teams, navigate change and build inclusive, high-performing cultures. She is certified in the Skillscope® 360 leadership skills assessment tool.
Carol holds a master’s degree in social work from Brescia University. She is actively engaged in her community, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and National Association of Social Workers (NASW). She is a volunteer group facilitator for Good Grief Inc., providing families with a safe space to cope with personal loss.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown daughters. A lifelong beach lover, she has a home at the shore where she hosts annual summer gatherings with her large extended family – a cherished tradition that keeps everyone connected.
