He has counseled management in multiple areas, including compensation, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, change management, workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and social media. He has also developed and delivered training programs on topics such as behavioral interviewing, core competency interview and selection, recruiting, and diversity and inclusion.
Before joining the Lindenberger Group, Charles was a human resources consultant for a Chinese-headquartered company, a human resource management professional at Quest Diagnostics, and Genpact, and he served as a corporate finance executive at JPMorgan Chase. He was also a managing partner in a boutique executive search firm that delivered global service to pharmaceutical, clinical research, medical device, and medical diagnostic corporations. Additionally, the firm provided executive search and human resources consulting services to small- to medium-sized firms.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish Literature, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business.
