Jennifer Zbinden has worked as a human resources generalist for over twenty years and has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She earned a BA from the Ithaca College and a MA from Rider University.

Jennifer’s background includes all aspects of human resources including:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to formulate goals and use HR to achieve strategic goals
  • Serving as a change agent and enhancing metrics-driven decisions
  • Expertise in recruitment, compliance, employee relations, employee handbooks, job descriptions on-boarding, training, benefits and payroll
  • Implementing standardized, repeatable processes that reduce operating costs and improve quality
  • Rapidly adapting to and working effectively within diverse companies’ cultures

Jennifer has conducted employee orientations, created employee handbooks, managed terminations and layoffs with respect, and handled confidential information using strong communication, organization and team building skills.

Jennifer has worked as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, for Merrill Lynch and ContiMortgage and has provided HR consulting to many industries including construction, consulting, education, engineering, fragrance and flavors, healthcare, IT, manufacturing, non-profit, safety and utilities.
