Judy has an impressive and diverse background in human resources that includes building, from the ground up, several HR organizations in rapidly growing companies.
She has also managed multiple HR challenges during acquisitions—notably, as part of the General Electric acquisition team of Colonial Penn Property Casualty Insurance Company. In addition, she helped facilitate the seamless acquisition of Burlington Coat Factory by Bain Capital.

Judy gives back as an avid fundraiser for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, and she has been named to the Champion’s Club for her fundraising efforts.
