Linda Weinzler is a leadership and organization development consultant and executive coach with over twenty-five years of working with senior leaders, business professionals, and teams. Her approach is to help clients identify and implement meaningful behavioral change by highlighting individual and team strengths to achieve business results for their organizations.

Linda’s effectiveness as an executive and team coach is a result of the powerful combination of a Master’s degree in Organizational and Counseling Psychology and her leadership experiences with global companies in pharmaceuticals, insurance and financial services, technology, energy and operational efficiencies, manufacturing, retail, professional services, construction, and government agencies. She is certified in over 15 leadership, individual, and team assessment tools which she uses to guide her clients towards the personal insights that allow them to know themselves better and contribute more fully to their organization’s goals.

In addition to being an experienced coach, Linda has also worked with organizations to design and implement comprehensive processes that identify and develop existing and future leaders. As a manager of leadership development with a global financial services firm, Linda led a team charged with crafting a development program for high potential leaders and was a key contributor in the design and implementation of a cultural change initiative for a division of 5,000 employees. Linda has over nineteen years of management experience including multi-site and financial responsibility.
