Nancy has been a pioneer in the human resources field for more than 20 years, working with diverse groups that range from several Native American tribes to industrial and nonprofit organizations. Her equally varied skillset includes the following specialties:

As a certified mediator, she understands how to help groups and organizations with different agendas reach a consensus, mediate misunderstandings, and assist in disciplinary actions or terminations. Her goal is always to find an innovative solution that benefits everyone involved.

She holds an undergraduate degree in business communications from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master’s degree in legal studies from Arizona State University.
