She earned an MA in Learning and Development from NYU Steinhardt School of Education and a BS in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, John M. Olin School of Business. She is an experienced user of DiSC and TKI. She is also certified in Korn/Ferry (Lominger) tools, MBTI, and the Skillscope® 360 leadership skills assessment tool.
Outside of her coaching and leadership work, she is a published author of Sacred Summer: A Mom’s Guide to Resilience, Discovery and Family Fun(2021) and author of Getting Up When Life Smacks You (Psychology Today, 2021).
