Rosalind “Roz” has more than 20 years of experience providing human resources support, expertise, and guidance in the not-for-profit, educational, and financial sectors. She excels at connecting strategic and tactical HR support to help both employees and organizations achieve their full potential in inclusive cultures that benefit everyone.

Her focus on Inclusive Leadership and how it can create a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) allows her to help a nonprofit organization or business envision or understand its culture and align it with daily operations. She also specializes in the following:

Roz holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in public and educational management from Stony Brook University. She also holds a Ph.D. in leadership and change from Antioch University.
